- The Purchase Terms outlined in this section apply to all orders made by the Customer (“you”) through our website, mobile app, or any other platform where these terms and conditions are presented (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). These Purchase Terms, together with our website’s Terms and Conditions, govern your purchase of products through our website. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Purchase Terms, our website’s Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
- By placing an order through our Platform, you enter into a contract of sale with JULO Designs Private Limited, a company registered in India under CIN U18209DL2022PTC406293, with its registered office at FLAT NO 109, NARMADA BLOCK NUMBER 5, 1 FLOOR, SECTOR D POCKET 6, VASANT KUNJ, DELHI, South West Delhi, Delhi, India, 110070 (“JULO”, “we", "us", or "our"). These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Platform and specifically the purchase of any products through the Platform.
- These Terms and Conditions are published in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872; the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011; and other applicable laws and regulations in India. These Terms and Conditions are an electronic record as contemplated under the relevant laws and are generated by a computer system and do not require any physical or digital signatures.
- We encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Platform or making a purchase, as they set out important information regarding your rights and obligations. By using the Platform or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other policies or documents that are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. HOW IS A CONTRACT CONCLUDED WITH YOU?
- The presentation of products in our online store does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the "Order Now" button, you are placing a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email that includes the details of your order, such as the products ordered, the total price, and the estimated delivery date. This order confirmation does not constitute a binding acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, such as product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity. The contract between you and JULO becomes binding when we send you a separate email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Payment for your order must be made in accordance with the payment methods and terms set out on our website. We reserve the right to modify or cancel your order at any time before the contract becomes binding.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
- All products offered for sale on the JULO website or other JULO sales channels are subject to availability. JULO reserves the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, to refuse service to any customer, or to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with a full refund or an estimated delivery date for the product if available. Any estimated delivery dates provided are only estimates, and we do not guarantee that products will be delivered on or by a specific date.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
- The prices of our products are displayed on our website and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment must be made in Indian Rupees.
- Payment for products and any applicable delivery charges must be made in full before the products are dispatched to you.
- SHIPPING POLICY
- Within India:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days
- Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, but it may vary based on the shipping address and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Shipping is free for all domestic orders.
- International Shipping:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
- Delivery is expected within 25-30 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance times.
- A shipping fee is applicable for all international orders and will be displayed at the time of checkout.
- Additional customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
- Tracking Information: Tracking details will be shared via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS once your order has been shipped.
- EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
- At JULO, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy
- Exchange Policy for domestic orders placed within India:
- We offer a one-time free exchange for a different size or style option, within 7 days of receipt of the product. Subsequent exchanges will incur a convenience fee of Rs. 99 per item
- To be eligible for an exchange the product must be in its original condition with all labels and tags intact. The product must be free from any damage or signs of wear.
- Return Policy for domestic orders placed within India:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product, subject to a convenience fee of Rs. 99 per item.

- After a successful quality check, the amount paid (minus the convenience fee) will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refund Processing (Applicable to domestic orders placed within India)
- After the product passes the quality check, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days, in accordance with standard banking timelines. The refund will be processed post deduction of any applicable convenience fees
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For COD orders, please provide your bank account details either during the return escalation process on this page or by filling in the required information here.
- Please note: For international orders (orders placed outside India), no cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds are available.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Convenience fees for exchanges, or returns are charged per item and not per order. If multiple items are included in a single order, a convenience fee will apply to each item individually.

- Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability, but JULO will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframes specified on our website. If we're unable to deliver within these timeframes, we'll inform you by email and provide a revised delivery date. If we're unable to deliver the products to you, we'll attempt to contact you for an alternative delivery date, and if that's not possible, we'll cancel your order and provide a full refund.
- JULO is not liable for delivery delays due to customer, shipping carrier, or third party acts or omissions, or due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond JULO's control. In case of a delivery delay, we'll notify you and provide updated delivery information.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier we've engaged may deliver the products to a neighbouring/nearby address as advised by you, after which JULO/carrier is deemed to have met its obligation to deliver the products. The carrier will notify you of the delivery to the neighbouring/nearby address as advised by you.
- Delivery periods are indicative, not strict deadlines, and exceeding them does not entitle you to compensation
- RETENTION OF TITLE
Title to the product(s) shall remain with JULO until we have received payment in full. Once the payment is received, the title to the product(s) will pass to you. The risk of loss or damage to the product(s) shall pass to you upon delivery of the product(s) to the address specified in your order.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights in the product(s), including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and designs, are owned by JULO. You agree not to use any JULO trademarks or designs without our prior written consent.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
- These Purchase Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Purchase Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
- Any changes or modifications to these Purchase Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

ACCESS OUTSIDE THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA
- As an online fashion retailer based in India, JULO Designs Private Limited primarily serves customers within the Republic of India. However, our website may be accessed by users located outside of India.
