SHIPPING, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

At JULO, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request an exchange for a different size or design, or return the product by contacting our customer care team at care@julodesigns.com or using the "Contact us" page. Please mention your order number while raising the request. Please review the following guidelines carefully to understand our policy:

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
Shipping time within India is typically 5-7 business days but may vary based on the shipping address and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking information is provided once the order has been shipped.

EXCHANGE POLICY (WITHIN 7 DAYS):

We offer a one-time free exchange for a different size or style option, within 7 days of receipt of the product. Subsequent exchanges will incur a convenience fee of Rs. 99 per order item.
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in the original condition with all labels and tags intact and free from damage

CANCELATION & RETURN POLICY (WITHIN 7 DAYS):

You may cancel the product, a convenience fee of Rs. 99 per product will be charged and will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. Please note that orders cancelled after placing the order but before dispatch will also incur convenience fees.
You are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt, subject to a convenience fee of Rs.99.
To be eligible for Cancelations & Returns, the product must be in the original condition with all labels and tags intact and free from damage
Post successful check the full amount paid, minus the convenience fee, will be refunded to your original payment method.

CANCELATION & RETURN POLICY (BEYOND 7 DAY ELIGIBILITY):

Exchanges for a different size or design are permitted, subject to a convenience fee of Rs. 499 per item.
Returns are accepted with a convenience fee of Rs. 999 per item.
To be eligible for exchange or return, items must be unused, have all original tags attached, and be free from any wear or tear. All items will undergo a quality check.
If you request an exchange for an item with a higher amount, a prepaid payment link for the price difference will be shared with you.

Please note that convenience fees charged for exchange, cancellation or return is applicable for per item and not on per order. If multiple items are ordered in a single order, a convenience fee will be charged per item.
